If you’re anything like me, goals are an important part of your life (and you were probably told that being a goal oriented person was important for success).

BUT if we aren’t careful, goals can quickly go from feeling exciting to feeling like they are suffocating us in pressure / “shoulds.”

So on today's episode I wanted to share a few ways to tell if your goals are helping or hurting you, what you can do to set goals that actually feel good and allow you to be your best self, and how to navigate pursuing those goals.
