Now, don’t get me wrong. I am ALL FOR goals. But the INTENTION behind the goal is where things can get sticky.

Because there is a HUGE difference between a goal that feels super exciting, fun, and challenging VS A goal that leaves you feeling pressured, anxious, and not enough.

So during this episode I break down the difference between a goal that is driven by fear vs one that actually feels good and how to start lowering the expectation bar and make decisions/goals from a feel good place!
