How many times have you found yourself assuming the worst…⁣

“My boss messaged me, it must mean I’m getting fired”⁣

“She never texted me back… she must be mad at me”⁣

“I am going to totally bomb this presentation”⁣

“Everyone is going to think I’m stupid”⁣

I HEAR YOU, because I’ve SO been there. But over the years, I’ve learned that assuming the worst DOESN’T actually prepare you for the worst not to mention it’s a total time, energy, and confidence suck.⁣

So in today’s episode I wanted to share my THREE TIPS to help you when those “worse case” thoughts pay a visit and how to shift to believing the best case scenario in your day to day.
